Envision Solutions Ltd is headed up by the Founder and Managing Director, John Spencer, MICE, MIStructE, CEng. He is a Facilitator of Offsite projects using MMCe Construction and MMC Adviser.

​

John has 40+ years’ experience in the construction industry as a chartered civil and structural engineer. John set up Envision Solutions Ltd in 2018 because he was passionate that energy efficient 'homes for all' could be delivered using MMC with speed, be of high quality with minimum waste , in an efficient and sustainable way, across the UK .

​

John is an effective enabler, who brings to the table a wealth of experience and insight for the utilisation of MMC to develop and deliver housing projects in the different regions of England and Scotland.

​

Having spent the last 7 years visiting factories in Europe and China), attending MMC events, meeting registered providers, clients, councils, consultants, suppliers- John has developed great contacts in the offsite and MMC field. He has been a speaker at Merseyside Best Practice Club events.

​

Due to Envision having undertaken a 4 year sponsorship with The University of Liverpool, John provides mentorship to students following the civil engineering programmes at the university.
