Envision Solutions Ltd is a facilitation and development company, which uses offsite and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) for all our projects ranging from 2/3 storey dwellings to multi-storey apartment blocks. Envision projects will have a zero carbon homes option using the latest in renewable technologies through developed partnership, which can be financed if required. This addresses fuel poverty on the social/affordable homes. 

 

Crucially, Envision offers MMC advice and facilitation to deliver low-carbon housing projects using offsite and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

Working closely with Councils, Registered Providers, Welsh Housing Associations, and private clients, Envision provides ‘Homes for All’, with the aim of increasing the supply of, manufactured social and affordable homes.

Envision Solutions Ltd has close links with government agencies: Homes England, Environment Agency, the Department of International Trade and the Welsh Government for the delivery of high quality, manufactured homes so that they can achieve the national targets. 

 

Envision facilitates the creation of teams of experts: architects, infrastructure engineers, project managers and planning consultants to complete all housing projects. Early engagement and collaboration is the way that all Envision projects are always managed.

 

 Envision have a supply chain of over 200 manufactures who can provide from 1 – 1,000 dwellings from full modular, panelised, components, LGS, timber, concrete. Currently, Envision has a 4-year industrial sponsorship with The University of Liverpool working on an innovative R&D project. Envision has close links with Liverpool John Moores University, The University of Wolverhampton and Dudley College on other R&D projects linked to MMC.
