Envision Solutions Ltd is headed up by the Managing Director and Founder, John Spencer, MICE,MIStructE, CEng.

John has 40+ years’ experience in the construction industry as a chartered civil and structural engineering field. John set up Envision Solutions Ltd in 2018.

 

Envision is a facilitation and development company, which uses offsite and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) for all our projects ranging from 2/3 storey dwellings to multi-storey apartment blocks. Envision projects will have a zero carbon homes option using the latest in renewable technologies through developed partnership, which can be financed if required. This addresses fuel poverty on the social/affordable homes. 

 

Working closely with Councils, Welsh Housing Associations, Registered Providers, and private clients, Envision provides ‘homes of all’, with the aim of increasing the supply of, manufactured social and affordable homes.

 

Crucially, Envision has close links with government agencies: Homes England, Environment Agency, the Department of International Trade and the Welsh Government for the delivery of high quality, manufactured homes so that they can achieve the national targets. 

 

Envision brings together a team of experts: architects, infrastructure engineers, project managers and planning consultants to complete all housing projects. Early engagement and collaboration is the way that all Envision projects are always managed.

 

Currently, Envision has a 4-year industrial sponsorship with The University of Liverpool working on an innovative R&D project. Envision has close links with other universities and Further Education establishments on other R&D projects linked to MMC.
